This role is pivotal in implementing and supporting the technical aspects of our software, which includes configuration, training, and test support. You will interact directly with clients, driving the implementation of new projects, transitioning them to production, and providing ongoing support during their production phase. This position serves as a crucial link between our clients and the software development team, ensuring that client needs are met effectively. In this role, you will support and drive the technical implementation of our software, ensuring that clients are well-equipped to adopt our offerings after going live. You will be responsible for supporting production usage, which includes triaging client issues, reviewing and validating them, and routing them appropriately. Additionally, you will provide training for Client Admins, End-Users, and internal staff, helping to develop and evolve your knowledge of SitusAMC software, the industry, and client processes. This position requires exercising discretion and independent judgment on significant matters, and you may also be assigned other activities by your manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports and drives the technical implementation of our software including configuration, training, and test support.
• Supports and drives client adoption of our software offering after our clients have gone into production.
• Support production usage including client issue triage, review, validation, and routing.
• Provides Client Admin, End-User, and internal training.
• Develops and evolves knowledge of our SitusAMC software as well as the industry and client usage/processes.
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent.
• 12+ or more years' experience in mortgage industry - highly preferred.
• 12+ years of software/implementation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a challenging environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Effective communication (written and oral) skills.
• Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker.
• Experience managing staff.
• Detail oriented and organized.
