About the position

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team in a role that specializes in the technical implementation of our software solutions. This position is crucial as it involves configuring, training, and providing test support for our software, ensuring that our clients can effectively utilize our offerings. The successful candidate will engage directly with clients, guiding them through the implementation of new projects and supporting them as they transition into production. This role serves as a vital link between our clients and our software development team, ensuring that client needs are met and that our software is effectively integrated into their operations. In this role, you will support and drive the technical implementation of our software, which includes configuration, training, and test support. You will also play a key role in promoting client adoption of our software after they have gone live, ensuring they are fully supported during production usage. This includes triaging client issues, reviewing and validating them, and routing them appropriately. Additionally, you will provide training for Client Admins, End-Users, and internal staff, helping to develop and evolve your knowledge of SitusAMC software, the industry, and client processes. You will be expected to exercise discretion and independent judgment in significant matters, and you may be assigned other activities by your manager as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Supports and drives the technical implementation of our software including configuration, training, and test support.
  • Supports and drives client adoption of our software offering after our clients have gone into production.
  • Support production usage including client issue triage, review, validation, and routing.
  • Provides Client Admin, End-User, and internal training.
  • Develops and evolves knowledge of our SitusAMC software as well as the industry and client usage/processes.
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent.
  • 12+ or more years' experience in mortgage industry - highly preferred.
  • 12+ years of software/implementation experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a challenging environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Effective communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker.
  • Experience managing staff.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
