iHeartMedia, the leading audio company in America, is seeking a Manager of Client Success to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. This full-time position is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive maximum value from the diverse marketing opportunities we offer. The Client Success team is dedicated to being the best in account services and partnership management, overseeing the delivery of cross-platform media campaigns that encompass audio, video, experiential, and digital media, as well as our signature events featuring top on-air talent and major musical celebrities. In this role, you will lead assigned accounts with a detail-oriented project management approach, ensuring that all deliverables are aligned across various iHeartMedia components. You will be the primary client contact for post-sale programs, responsible for scheduling and leading internal and external calls, communicating production timelines, and ensuring that the iHeart experience exceeds client expectations. Your responsibilities will also include managing the creation and trafficking of approved assets, capturing meaningful proof of performance for campaigns, and contributing to leadership reporting on campaign successes and learnings to drive renewals and new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on client success throughout the launch and execution phases, providing industry-leading post-campaign recaps by collaborating with internal subject matter experts. You will be accountable for tracking the P&L of assigned partnerships, managing weekly reviews, and ensuring that all internal and external timelines and communications are met. This role requires a solutions-oriented mindset, critical thinking skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and analytical rigor.
