About the position

Blackhawk Digital Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Client Success to join our team in Austin, TX. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 per year. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships across various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients achieve their desired outcomes through effective digital marketing strategies. You will lead a team of Client Managers, guiding them in their professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, overseeing the entire customer journey from onboarding to ongoing support. You will be responsible for monitoring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to improve client retention and revenue growth. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be essential in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the team, streamlining operations to enhance efficiency. Your analytical mindset will help you develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives. This position requires a self-starter who is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple interactions while meeting deadlines. Responsibilities

  • Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and create development plans for the team.
  • Guide and support team members in their professional growth.
  • Foster a positive collaborative team environment and promote open communication.
  • Manage the team's workload and ensure adequate staffing for all clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Conduct all customer journey stages, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement solutions to improve the client experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team and other departments to develop effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Create and maintain systems for documenting best practices and client success strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Client Success / Account Management experience
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal client communication skills
  • Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple interactions throughout the day while meeting deadlines

Nice-to-haves
