About the position

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Manager of Commercial Integrated Marketing and Communications located in Austin, TX or US Remote. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing and Communications, the Senior Manager of Commercial Integrated Marketing and Communications will responsible to support Flex's businesses focus on product lifecycle services and reports to the Director of Commercial Integrated Marketing and Communications. Flex's Commercial Marketing and Communications team builds awareness and consideration of the company's end-to-end differentiation across diverse industries, and manages sales enablement. Responsibilities include creating and executing on integrated marketing and communications plans to support Flex's enterprise strategies across its portfolio of value-added services. In this position you will partners with services groups to deliver programs that enable go-to-market plans for revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for services groups to support Flex's services groups' revenue and business unit go-to-market goals.
  • Collaborate with Flex's value-added services marketing leads to implement differentiated messaging and programs for go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the execution of awareness campaigns, including digital marketing, PR, event support, promotions, etc.
  • Work with sales enablement team on prioritization and development of assets for sellers like services overviews and case studies.
  • Create customer communications for strategic enterprise initiatives, including M&A go to market integration, and deliver executive communications for value-added services president.
  • Draft and edit long- and short-form written content, coordinate media engagements including working with agency, and manage speaking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, creative and content teams to craft narratives, determine channel strategies, and set success criteria aligned with growth targets.
  • Develop templates, messaging, and guidelines to scale into the business units, and partners with corporate on commercial messaging, and follows corporate brand standards.
  • Contribute to digital and social performance metrics and tracking tools to measure results and program workflows and plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 8+ years in marketing and communications roles, especially in regulated markets; manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in corporate or commercial communications, executive communications, PR, or strategic communications agency roles.
  • Skills in digital marketing, content marketing, and branding/messaging.
  • Strong ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Foundational understanding of how to use digital technologies, including AI tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills, with the ability to exercise tact, discretion, judgement, and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
