About the position

The Manager of Compensation & Benefits for the Americas at Tiffany & Co. will provide expertise and support in compensation and benefits to HR teams across the Americas retail region. This role involves leading compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring alignment with global practices, and providing guidance on various compensation-related activities. The manager will also oversee compliance with pay and benefit practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an internal consultant to support HR, talent, and business managers on compensation-related activities.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking analyses and job-level assessments to maintain competitive salary structures.
  • Lead the design and analysis of commission and reward schemes to align with business objectives.
  • Manage consultants and service providers for insurance plan renewals in LATAM and Canada.
  • Create materials to communicate compensation and benefits plans to HR teams and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with US federal and state pay and benefit practices and those of other countries.
  • Establish and manage compensation and benefits policies that align with global standards.
  • Provide leadership on annual global compensation processes and ensure timely completion.
  • Partner with HR Systems to ensure access to relevant reports and data, and design compensation metrics and tools.
  • Develop and implement audits to maintain data accuracy in Oracle HCM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with experience in data analysis using MS Excel.
  • Direct experience with project management, preferably in process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills to explain analyses to HR partners and business leaders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees and external consultants.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

  • SHRM, PHR or CCP certification.
  • Deep expertise in compensation work and managing compensation systems.
  • Previous experience with sales compensation processes and analysis.
  • Experience in health education and promotion.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range from $129,625 to $183,000 based on skills and experience.
