About the position

The Manager Compensation, Benefits, and Wellness is responsible for the administration, coordination, and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs at Scotland Health Care System. This role involves leading wellness initiatives, overseeing the development and implementation of compensation structures, benefit plans, and wellness programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. The Manager also provides support to associates in these areas and chairs the Wellness Committee.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate compensation and benefits programs.
  • Enhance existing compensation and benefits structures.
  • Lead wellness initiatives for the organization.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of compensation structures and benefit plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Provide support and assistance to associates regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Chair the Wellness Committee and supervise related projects.
  • Manage tuition assistance and FMLA processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, specifically in compensation and benefits administration.
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or ASHHRA CHHR) preferred.
  • Excellent Excel skills required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
