As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with the design, implementation, communication, and monitoring of their compensation philosophy and strategy. The types of programs you will consult on include base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, executive-level retirement, deferred compensation, and fringe benefit plans. This position requires a strong understanding of executive compensation, taxation, and the ability to provide competitive market data and analyses. You will also be responsible for managing client engagements, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development efforts.
