Manager, Contractor Lead Generation

About the position

The Manager, Contractor Lead Generation is responsible for leading the CertainTeed EPS effort to develop a high-performing Contractor Lead Generation program. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including Contractor Customers, Inside Sales, and Corporate Digital Marketing, to ensure the program generates a significant number of high-quality leads. The manager will also develop metrics to measure the program's success and work closely with other departments to enhance lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Contractor Lead Generation program.
• Achieve competitive lead generation goals measured by the number of leads and contractor close rates.
• Develop metrics to measure the success of the lead generation program.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Corporate Digital Marketing, and other departments to improve the program.
• Create a value communication program for Field Sales and High-Level Credentialed Contractors.
• Determine marketing requirements to drive the lead generation program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in marketing communications or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience with lead generation programs.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Budget management and reporting skills.
• Experience with digital design best practices is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with web-based fulfillment and asset management tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
