About the position

The Manager of Corporate Communications at CompoSecure will play a crucial role in shaping and sharing the company's narrative, fostering connections among team members, and amplifying the company's values to support its growth and vision. This position involves designing and delivering impactful communication strategies both internally and externally, collaborating with various functional areas to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic internal communications calendar to strengthen team connection to the company's vision, goals, and values.
• Craft engaging content that reinforces key themes such as innovation, growth, leadership, and commitment to being an employer of choice.
• Develop content for executive communications, including thought leadership topics, social media content, and key messages for leaders.
• Partner with HR and other teams to support the employer brand, embedding the company's mission and values into communications.
• Coordinate company-wide employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster collaboration and team spirit.
• Innovate and improve internal communication processes for enhanced efficiency, consistency, and transparency.
• Align internal messaging with broader marketing and communications efforts across the organization.
• Track and analyze communication effectiveness to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 - 8 years of corporate communications experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to craft messages for various audiences.
• Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights for actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
