As a Product Owner supporting the Network Security Cyber Service Area, you will be accountable for contributing to and delivering upon the strategic agenda for our core cyber products, driving meaningful progress for our customers and our business. In this capacity, you will drive product vision into our development teams, translating that vision into delivery objectives. You will provide customer-informed guidance to shape products and work with cross-functional teams to deliver well-managed and sustainable features that bring that vision to life. Your deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in cybersecurity and systems engineering will be essential in driving impactful improvements to our cyber capabilities. You will communicate the delivery roadmap to our technology teams, inspiring them through the product vision. Clearly articulating and advocating for target personas, customer benefits, and the value of features across teams will be crucial. You will leverage your technical knowledge and skills on how systems work and how code is built to effectively support engineering teams in delivering value. Utilizing a strong cybersecurity background and customer research insights, you will represent the voice of the customer to the engineering teams, incorporating design thinking and analytics to inform product design. Your role will also involve actively participating in research or design sessions for new features, contributing to the development of a healthy product backlog, and collaborating with the Product Manager, Engineering, and Solution Architects to break down business epics, document user stories, and design details. You will lead internal backlog refinement sessions, prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes, and act as a technical advisor to the product manager and other stakeholders. In addition, you will collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams and play a key role in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, supporting teams through the escalation and resolution of impediments. Your ability to drive performance and innovation with data-driven insights will be essential, as will your proactive identification of opportunities when key metrics on security, resilience, and performance are not performing as expected. Maintaining technical and risk credibility with your teams and partners across our technology organization will be a key aspect of your role.
