About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing strategies for a leading entertainment company, focusing on the spirits sector. This role involves overseeing various digital channels, creating engaging content, and collaborating with brand marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The position requires a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in the spirits, food & beverage, or entertainment industries, and demands innovative thinking to stay ahead of cultural trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to achieve desired KPIs including social media, SEO, CRM, and Influencer strategies.
  • Oversee the management of digital marketing channels on a day-to-day basis, including social media, web, and CRM.
  • Plan social media calendars, initiatives, and events, and develop supporting strategies for the brand.
  • Create innovative and exciting copy designed to grow engagement while supporting social campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Regularly attend brand marketing and communications meetings and events to collaborate on key brand planning and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and present the monthly report of key metrics, KPIs, findings, and recommendations on areas of improvement.
  • Stay up to date on cultural moments, conversations, and community trends for opportunities to inspire innovative content.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of digital experience in marketing or agency.
  • Background in spirits, food & beverage, or entertainment is a must.
  • Prior experience in influencer and social media strategy.
  • Must have relevant work samples demonstrating their digital toolkit.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Proficiency in SproutSocial, Sprinklr, or other social media management tools.
