The Digital Marketing Manager will support the expansion and integration of digital marketing across business lines within the U.S. helping to unify and centralize our efforts based on strategic governance. This person is not only process and production oriented, but a proficient project manager, seeking contributions from marketing partners and stakeholders and making smart recommendations to meet team objectives. You will lead, enable and execute digital strategies to support our field and local marketing partners. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director in the Americas and based in the United States, you will be part of an industry-leading digital marketing team that consists of over 60 people, including subject matter experts and a delivery team, as well as having access to leading digital platforms and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and be a trusted partner for Marketing Automation (Eloqua) requests, including marketing automation strategy and content calendar planning.
  • Work closely with the local marketing team, industry marketers, field marketing, and offshore team to activate the marketing strategy across digital channels.
  • Interpret data and digital analytics to make sound business recommendations and educate around data.
  • Lead governance around data compliance, email best practices, landing page strategy, and list maintenance as outlined in global policy.
  • Work with Marketing teams to support and execute advanced email and lead nurture programs in Oracle Eloqua.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate challenges to National and/or Global teams where necessary.
  • Optimize a center of excellence to enable field marketing with digital strategy and best practices across the Americas at scale and speed.
  • Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 4-8 years of digital marketing experience
  • Eloqua experience or other marketing automation platform required
  • Proven digital experience with a track record of defining and delivering a holistic strategy
  • Have strong understanding of digital channels and the appropriate strategy of how to engage and optimize, inclusive of organic and paid channels
  • Outstanding project management and situational leadership skills
  • Analytical and skilled at utilizing data to drive decisions
  • Experience translating business needs/challenges into marketing solutions
  • Positive, can-do attitude in the face of complication or adversity
  • Assertive and deadline oriented
  • Confidence working in highly matrixed organization and dealing with ambiguities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, digital CMS, knowledge of analytics platforms (Google and Adobe Analytics) and up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
