The Manager of Special Events or Manager of Marketing has the responsibility to create and implement programs and policies that assist with the growth and maintenance of the Special Events program while ensuring business best practices are aligned with Sales Operations goals. A critical focus of this position is expense management and ensuring proformas and forecasting are aligned with goals to increase program efficiencies. Reinforcing the goals and tactics with field partners while following the existing scalable and sustainable roadmap to drive efficiencies, will be essential. Partnering with field personnel to identify opportunities within the program's operation and developing solutions to take advantage of these opportunities will be the day to day objectives for the individual in this role. He/she will also oversee the implementation of these solutions/tactics. Coordination with other Corporate personnel will also be required to assist in the implementation of the developed tasks. In addition, the Manager of Special Events will be responsible for some of the coordination and planning of special events.
