About the position

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a Manager, Financial Decision Support who will report directly to the Director of Financial Decision Support and Enterprise Analytics. This role involves leading a team of finance professionals and providing financial and operational analysis to assist business leaders in making informed business decisions. The Manager will leverage strong technical, analytical, and presentation skills to support the Director in preparing reports and presentations that measure and trend key performance metrics, presenting results in an analytical manner. The estimated salary range for this position is $107,208.79 - $139,371.43 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to drive process improvements and develop analytical/reporting tools.
• Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations and findings clearly.
