We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global Retail eCommerce Sales Manager to manage our efforts in growing our global Amazon retail businesses, expanding our global marketplace businesses, and managing our retail media spend to drive demand generation for Amazon and other North American retailers. The Global Retail eCommerce Sales Manager's goal is to be an influential and strategic manager of marketplace growth globally. This customer-first leader will oversee the ecommerce functions of the business, including expanding our global partnership with Amazon as a 1P and 3P partner, building out additional marketplaces by geographies, and influencing the optimization of retailer .com sites. They will further understand the flywheel that drives sales growth, including the full funnel marketing programs that drive traffic and result in attributable sales. They will further be responsible to the growth of healthy customers - ones that invest into our premium products, engage in our portfolio of features, are inspired to share their experiences with others, and build a loyalty with our Brand. The right candidate will be highly collaborative, approachable and available. They will have a strong product knowledge, be well organized and eager to drive change with a test and learn mentality.
