As a manager in HR Shared Services, you will lead a team of HR Compliance senior analysts who support onboarding processes including Form I-9 and work authorization administration, offboarding separation and severance processes for US and Canadian partners. You will lead a team of partners focused on continuous improvement and providing a seamless partner experience spanning enterprise-wide onboarding processes and systems. As an HR Shared Services manager, you will inspire and develop a team with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities. You will empower the team to drive innovation, creating an environment of collaboration, role clarity, and continuous learning. Additionally, you will develop strategic and operational plans in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, guiding partners in crafting goals in alignment with plans, managing execution to deliver and measure results. You will also manage third-party vendors, including relationship management, strategy, quality, process refinement, system escalations, contract renewals, and system enhancements. Proactively adapting and managing operations (including solving critical issues and gaps) with agility, focusing on business priorities and staying up to date on government regulations will be key. You will embed continuous improvement, including automation, into the team's ways of working impacting efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of processes. Evolving metrics to measure team and individual performance with a focus on timeliness, quality, and efficiency in alignment with department metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) will also be part of your role. You will influence, advocate, and develop plans to effectively lead the team, customers, and stakeholders through change, proactively adapting and re-prioritizing work and managing team capacity, understanding and assessing impacts and value of re-prioritization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of HR Compliance senior analysts supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in Human Resources and related functions.
  • 3 years consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
  • 3 years project management experience.
  • 3 years team management experience.
  • 3 years budget planning and management experience.
  • 3 years contract review and plan document preparation.
