About The Position

The Manager HRIS & Data Analytics position at ARKA involves overseeing the company's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and managing HR data analytics. The successful candidate will leverage UKG to ensure compliance, data integrity, and effective use of the system to meet business needs. This role also includes managing HR reporting and analytics to support HR decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HRIS systems, with at least 3 years experience with UKG systems.
  • Proficiency in UKG, including HR Core, Benefits Prime, Recruiting & Onboarding, BI Reporting, Employee Files, Employee Voice, Performance, and Compensation.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements related to CMMC and employee data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
  • Strong understanding of release management as it pertains to HRIS and integrated systems.
  • Experience in writing procedures and training others.
  • Experience in integrating external systems into HRIS platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to translate raw data into dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills across functions and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • PowerBI experience in UKG.

Responsibilities

  • Fully leverage UKG capabilities to meet business demands in collaboration with the HR team and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with UKG and external vendors to maximize system efficiency and improve operational performance.
  • Implement and maintain data feeds in/out of UKG, ensuring communication, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Participate in the company's change control board.
  • Implement new HRIS modules and upgrades.
  • Lead integration between UKG and other company systems, including timekeeping and ERP systems.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits and corrective actions.
  • Manage system configurations and provide technical support to HRIS users.
  • Train HR users on required modules for their roles.
  • Oversee all HR reporting and fulfill data requests from internal and external partners.
