About the position
Provides leadership and oversight of audit teams responsible for planning and executing advisory and technology pre-implementation reviews across the Credit Union using a risk-based approach. This role requires a strategic leader that sets clear direction to ensure the audit team meets the goals & objectives of the department and Credit Union as a whole. Critical to this role is the ability to build a team with the requisite knowledge and skillsets through hiring, coaching, development, and on-job-training opportunities. It is also vital that this role successfully promotes partnership, trust, and accountability within our organization and builds deeper relationships with our audit stakeholders.
