Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic marketing, sales enablement, and revenue management for the IT B2B business.
  • Manage end-to-end revenue generation, sales communication, PO management, and profitability control.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with customers, resellers, distributors, and internal teams to optimize sales performance.
  • Focus on IT B2B marketing and sales operations while supporting B2C initiatives when needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product management, HQ teams, and marketing communications.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B IT marketing, channel sales, or product marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Experience in sales communication, PO management, and revenue tracking.
  • Expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns and GTM strategies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to drive data-driven marketing and sales decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot.
