About the position

As the Global Employer Brand Manager, you'll shape how the world sees Walmart as an employer-bringing our story to life through social media, advocacy, and our career site. You'll lead the associate advocacy strategy in the talent space, empowering associates to share their experiences, and develop content that connects with top talent. Responsibilities

  • Own and develop Walmart's associate advocacy program in the talent space, creating a strategy that empowers associates to share their experiences while ensuring alignment with Corporate Affairs and Recruitment Marketing.
  • Develop and execute a global social media strategy, creating content that engages talent and enhances Walmart's employer brand.
  • Write and maintain content for the career site, social media, email campaigns, and employer review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor) to showcase Walmart's culture and career opportunities.
  • Leverage data and insights in partnership with People Analytics and agency partners to measure and optimize employer brand perception.
  • Ensure SEO and SEM best practices are incorporated into career site and content strategies to improve discoverability and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience developing and leading advocacy or ambassador programs, with a strong ability to engage internal audiences.
  • Creative storytelling expertise, with strong copywriting skills and the ability to bring an Associate Value Proposition (AVP) to life through compelling content.
  • Experience developing and executing social media strategies, with a deep understanding of how to engage talent across platforms.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to track and measure employer brand effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in SEO and SEM basics, with knowledge of how to create content that performs in search and paid channels.
