About the position

As Recruitment Marketing Manager at Walmart, you will execute talent attraction campaigns that engage potential talent and enhance Walmart's employer brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, and Marketing to position Walmart as a destination employer. Your role will involve developing innovative recruitment marketing campaigns, collaborating with agencies for content creation, and utilizing data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted, innovative and disruptive recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Partner closely with agencies to create captivating content for campaigns and candidate communications.
• Utilize data and insights to continuously improve recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Build strategic relationships with vendors to leverage their products and capabilities.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships with HR, Communications, and Marketing to create aligned plans and campaigns.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and previous experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent marketing.
• Experience delivering large scale campaigns for high volume hiring efforts.
• Demonstrated experience delivering impactful campaigns with tangible results.
• Ability to problem solve and deliver innovative solutions.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
