Manager of Finance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and document financial reporting and analysis.
• Participate in 3-6 month rolling forecasting and month-end closing.
• Assist in non-trade inter-company transactions.
• Lead/supervise 1-2 junior level Finance professionals.
• Perform 3-9 month business forecasts including sales quantities, wholesale prices, COGSs, and overhead expenses.
• Perform month-end closing using SAP Controlling (CO) module.
• Prepare and provide various financial reports to management.
• Coordinate monthly inter-company transaction activities.
• Perform other finance or administrative support projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 - 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial terms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
• Ability to work across departments to resolve urgent issues.
• Experience in business process review and analysis, including financial and operational analysis and audits.
• Proficient with Excel; SAP or other ERP system experience is a plus.
