The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with an emphasis on IT solutions, and proven leadership experience. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring that the sales team meets its objectives. The Manager of Outside Sales will also provide ongoing training, implement strategies to increase market share, and support the development of long-term client relationships. Essential Functions Lead Daily Operations : Direct and oversee the daily activities of the outside sales department, ensuring workflow efficiency, establishing priorities, setting deadlines, and developing performance standards. KPI Management : Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess department performance, identify trends, and optimize processes. Sales Goal Achievement : Ensure that the sales team consistently meets or exceeds their sales goals and quotas. Set clear expectations and implement strategies to achieve targets. Goal and Policy Development : Develop, interpret, and communicate departmental goals, policies, and procedures to the team. Provide guidance on how to meet organizational sales objectives.
