About the position

The Manager of Sales Operations (MSO) at HomeServe USA is responsible for managing essential support functions that enhance sales force productivity. This role focuses on sales reporting, process optimization, training, and program implementation to improve the effectiveness of the sales organization. The MSO collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure the successful application of sales programs and processes, ultimately aiming to boost overall productivity and effectiveness within the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates sales forecasting for the sales organization.
  • Monitors and maintains high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales reporting.
  • Identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and collaborates with sales management to address bottlenecks.
  • Monitors the accuracy and distribution of sales reports and recommends revisions or new reporting tools as needed.
  • Implements enabling technologies for field sales teams and ensures compliance with data standards.
  • Coordinates training delivery for sales personnel and management.
  • Assists with sales incentive compensation administration in collaboration with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of sales management experience in a business-to-consumer sales environment, preferably in HVAC or Home Services.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel throughout PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA.
