About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership for multiple Production Supervisors and individual performers, overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations for assigned product lines at Integer's manufacturing sites. The role involves sustaining and optimizing ongoing production, ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement projects, and managing interfaces with support teams while integrating new products and technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of previous leadership experience in production environments.
  • Experience implementing and sustaining Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing people in fast-paced and complex manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to learn, retain, and apply knowledge effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or similar discipline.
  • Master's degree in business or a technical discipline.
  • Willingness to consider relocation opportunities and rotational assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for all production activities associated with defined product lines.
  • Serve as a key leader and representative of the Operations' Team, contributing to the development of annual goals and objectives.
  • Lead direct reports, including Production Supervisors and individual performers.
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security protocols.
  • Develop and execute sustained Continuous Improvement processes.
  • Define goals and objectives for direct reports with supporting Key Performance Indicators.
  • Promote talent by developing individual growth and development plans.
  • Engage with Associates at all levels and across all functions.
  • Interact directly with customers and support customer business reviews and site visits.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product Development teams for new product launches.
  • Champion the deployment of systems and tools to optimize production activities.
  • Monitor production performance against plans and drive actions to address off-standard performance.
