About the position

The Manager, People Analytics at Bath & Body Works plays a crucial role in leveraging data to inform workforce decisions. This position focuses on analyzing HR data to enhance organizational effectiveness, support HR strategy, and drive data-driven decision-making across the company. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with storytelling to present insights to various audiences, ultimately contributing to the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights related to workforce demographics, recruitment, retention, diversity, compliance, well-being, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor and improve workforce effectiveness.
  • Analyze employee opinion survey results to identify areas of improvement and develop organizational action plans based on feedback.
  • Help build a data-driven decision-making capability across the organization.
  • Conduct analyses to gain insights into key HR issues and provide recommendations proactively for action to the HR Leadership Team and business partners.
  • Collaborate with HR, Enterprise Analytics, and IT on building sustainable capabilities and delivery of real-time, interactive dashboards, visuals, and metrics.
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and deliver relevant solutions.
  • Participate in the development and execution of data-driven projects that improve overall HR strategy.
  • Develop and implement a people analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Collect, clean, and validate HR data from various sources including HCM, ATS, Engagement Surveys, external data, HR support case details, and exit interviews.
  • Measure the return on investment (ROI) of various HR and engagement initiatives to assess their impact on organizational performance.
  • Establish key HR metrics and benchmarks to track progress on people's initiatives.
  • Keep updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices in HR analytics.
  • Design and deliver end-user training on people analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
  • Support HR initiatives by using data to model change impacts and measures to facilitate successful adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with HR data and/or analytics, data analysis, or adjacent areas.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Retail environment.
  • Proficiency in HCM reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Oracle, etc.).
  • Understanding of analytic tools such as PowerBi and/or MicroStrategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and privacy.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and experience in HR processes.
  • Passion for using data to solve complex business challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or related field.
