Manager, Program Management

About the position

The Manager, Program Management role will support the Safety Net team in guiding the development and lifecycle of a product from conception to launch and beyond. This role will require you to work with many teams across the organization. This role will also require the ability to create and track product deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support Mastercard’s Safety Net products and products within our direct organization.
• Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that outlines the product's development and release schedule.
• Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline for new and existing Safety Net solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to develop and launch products.
• Regularly tracking project progress and addressing any issues or risks that arise.

Requirements

• Expertise in Project Management skills such as creating and maintaining project plans.
• Experience in the payments or financial sector.
• Strong background in product development from concept to market launch.
• Proven ability to work across teams and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
