About the position

The position involves the supervision of day-to-day operations for the delivery of services at Al'z Place Model Day Care. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of health and social services, particularly in a supervisory capacity, to ensure effective service delivery to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health or social services or related field with one year of supervisory experience in a social services or health care services setting
• Hold a current LPN or RN license with one year of supervisory experience in a social services or health care services setting
• 5 years of staff supervisory experience in a social services or health care services setting
• Minimum of three years' experience working with patients with dementia and their families
• Knowledge of community resources, government programs and volunteer/professional organizations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer programs
• Budget development experience
• Motor Vehicle Operator Designation
