About the position

The Manager of Replenishment Operations Strategy & Solutions at Cencora is responsible for managing business relationships with Large Strategic Accounts, ensuring compliance and performance from manufacturers. This role focuses on leveraging data to enhance market and customer performance while developing strategies to improve customer relations and overall value for the organization. The position requires collaboration across the supply chain and aims to optimize inventory management and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage Large Strategic Accounts, including forecasts, sales vs. plan, and purchasing trends.
• Build and manage relationships with Large Strategic Accounts, Suppliers, and other functional areas.
• Address pricing issues and reconcile invoice discrepancies in collaboration with various departments.
• Maintain service levels in inventory management while preventing non-productive inventory purchases.
• Develop solutions for tactical challenges related to product procurement and supplier relations.
• Manage opportunities such as deals, rebates, allowances, and promotional activities for suppliers and customers.
• Act as an advocate for Cencora's interests in dealings with large strategic accounts.
• Resolve issues independently and make strategic decisions to enhance profitability.
• Mentor and train other employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in a related field.
• Broad knowledge of fundamental concepts in Procurement.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to implement processes for satisfactory audit practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
