About the position

The Manager of Retail Sales Operations at Comcast is responsible for overseeing the pipeline and forecast for Product Sales Support & Analysis. This role involves managing operational procedures, resolving issues, and ensuring that personnel have the necessary information to perform their tasks efficiently. The manager will facilitate communication between various functional groups regarding sales forecasts and client activity reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain client master data including margin analysis and sales measurements.
• Provide overall direction for the Product Sales Support & Analysis team to drive lead generation and sales reporting.
• Interface with internal groups such as Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Legal Affairs for proper analysis and reporting.
• Maintain sales forecasts and analysis for management reports.
• Generate daily activity reports and analyze trends.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Ensure regular attendance and be available for variable schedules, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales operations or a related field.
• Strong skills in sales operations, strategy analytics, and management reporting.
