About the position

The Manager of Sales Operations will lead a dedicated team of customer service representatives in Denver, CO, within a vibrant and collaborative sales-oriented environment. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability among team members. The manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving team performance to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 10-20 customer service representatives in the Denver fulfillment office.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer service department, including handling client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complex issues.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and identify training needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in operations or sales management.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
