About the position

The Sales Operations Manager will support the Sales Operations team by managing metrics, systems tools, processes, and projects. This role requires strong communication skills, high energy, and attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. The manager will ensure sales forecast accuracy, analyze financial data, and provide reporting to various departments while promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure regional Sales forecast accuracy
  • Understand and analyze complex financial data
  • Provide sales operations reporting to various department managers
  • Manage the overall CRM process including forecasting, reporting, and internal training
  • Assist in all areas of sales operational support such as commissions, P&L, and budgeting
  • Follow ePlus' performance review process to promote communication and provide feedback about job performance
  • Promote an environment of inclusivity and respect, valuing diverse perspectives
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives to drive innovation and positive change
  • Cultivate a proactive approach to conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, some college preferred
  • 5 or more years of experience in an operations or sales support role in a related industry
  • Familiarity with finance and accounting principles
  • Strong working knowledge of database systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Good understanding of technology sales processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate work project resources among team members
  • Strong computer skills and technical knowledge (MS Office, MS CRM)
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
