About the position

The Manager, Sales Planning at Horizon Organic is responsible for developing and executing the sales division's annual sales plan, ensuring accuracy across various metrics while incorporating customer and shopper insights. This hybrid role requires collaboration with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive revenue and profit growth for the company. The position emphasizes strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to influence planning processes to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create the division's sales plan and provide tools for the sales team to execute across KPIs.
  • Develop business plans to maximize revenue and profit for Horizon Organic.
  • Partner with the Commercial department to adapt marketplace strategy into customer-centric execution.
  • Align with finance on P&L inputs and understand financial components of the sales plan.
  • Support sales leads with distribution forecast accuracy and make necessary adjustments based on analysis.
  • Represent the Division and customer needs within the company.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, consulting, or strategy.
  • Key account management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with Kantar/Xtel or similar TPM systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power BI report development preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
