About the position

As a Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations at DoorDash, you will be pivotal in accelerating growth through the Commerce Platform suite for SMB restaurants. This role involves leading a team to enhance sales productivity, optimize sales allocation, and ensure operational excellence to meet ambitious growth goals in collaboration with the SMB Sales organization. The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision with execution, driving operational rigor to support the sales team's success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-sales strategy for top company priorities, developing a clear strategic vision for Platform sales strategy.
  • Build a high-performing sales strategy function, focusing on operational excellence in forecasting and pipeline tracking.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate offerings and optimize services for SMBs.
  • Anticipate future needs and plan for upcoming quarters and years, guiding the Account Development Platform team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategy and operations leadership within a sales environment.
  • Ability to work with sales teams to build and execute pipeline strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address sales team challenges and create system-wide solutions.
  • Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
