We're growing fast and we're on the lookout for a passionate, people-first leader to join our Solution Engineering team in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Solution Engineers, fostering a culture of growth, trust, and excellence.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop top talent to scale with our growing business.
  • Build go-to-market strategies, new business and expansion playbooks, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Sales to analyze pipeline health, win rates, and customer feedback - then take action.
  • Champion customer needs internally, working with Product Managers to influence the roadmap and elevate the voice of the customer.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-level leaders at customer organizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading pre-sales or Solution Engineering teams - ideally in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or a closely related space.
  • 7-10 years overall industry experience in enterprise SaaS or related domains.
  • A natural leader who motivates by example.
  • Deep experience engaging with senior IT leaders and CIOs, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • A strong grasp of storytelling in technical demos and solution selling that focuses on value, not just features.
  • A tech-savvy collaborator who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience building and scaling repeatable pre-sales processes and frameworks.
