About The Position

The BI Technical Product Owner at Tiger Analytics is responsible for delivering innovative business intelligence solutions and tools to global business teams. This cross-functional role requires strong interpersonal skills to liaise with technical teams and internal clients, ensuring that business needs are met through effective data architecture and dashboard initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in a BI Manager or related role delivering BI/Reporting projects in an enterprise or consulting role.
• Experience with Quicksight and AWS environment is a must.
• Knowledge of other Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is highly desired.
• Experience and knowledge with the Data Warehouse ETL process.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS and Hive is a plus.
• Experience with tools and concepts related to data and analytics, such as dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured data.
• Experience or familiarity with the Retail and e-commerce industry is a big plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and formulate requirements for enterprise BI and Dashboard initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and construct the conceptual model and data flow processes.
• Communicate data architecture to development teams.
• Consult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met through wireframing and prototyping.
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboards.
• Partner with team members and cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutions.
• Manage and resolve client issue escalations and systemic improvements.
• Work with offshore teams to develop and deliver BI dashboards/reports and scalable solutions to business stakeholders.
• Lead validation efforts to ensure data quality.
• Identify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercises.
