Responsibilities

• Support the CMO in managing the operating cadence for the marketing team
• Coordinate annual and quarterly program planning with marketing leadership and line of business leads
• Collaborate with the central PMO office and communicate best practices to the Marketing team
• Document and communicate the status and progress of priority programs and initiatives
• Lead the creation and review of status documents for operational reviews
• Facilitate status meetings across the marketing team to ensure alignment on priorities
• Develop and maintain cross-functional workstreams to successfully deliver programs and projects

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, strategy, or operations roles
• Proven experience in driving and managing complex projects across diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented individual with a bias for action
• Expertise in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and aligning with global stakeholders
