Salesforce is seeking a Program Management Manager/Sr Manager for Heroku, a leader in cloud application platforms. Responsibilities

• Support the CMO in managing the operating cadence for the marketing team.
• Coordinate with marketing leadership and line of business leads on annual and quarterly program planning.
• Collaborate with the central PMO office and communicate back to the Marketing team to implement organizational best practices.
• Document and communicate the status and progress of priority programs and initiatives.
• Lead the creation and review of status documents before they are presented in operational reviews.
• Facilitate status meetings across the marketing team to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional workstreams to successfully deliver programs and projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, strategy, or operations roles.
• Proven experience in driving and managing complex projects across diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented individual with a bias for action.
• Expertise in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and aligning with global stakeholders.
