Responsibilities

• Assess systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
• Ensure deliverables are complete with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Initiate and respond to customer complaints and investigations by providing technical support.
• Provide service and repair standards for all CooperSurgical IVF Equipment products.
• Track and analyze data to improve the service departments day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field of study, plus 7 years of experience in support of fertility equipment service.
• 5 years of experience with K Systems products, service relating to medical devices, and medical device manufacturing, especially as it relates to FDA (GMP) manufacturing requirements.
• 5 years of experience with ERP and CRM systems and ISO and other relevant standards.
