About the position

As a Store Manager at EVEREVE, you will oversee all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring that the EVEREVE mission and culture are upheld consistently. Your role is pivotal in delivering the EVEREVE Styling Experience to customers, fostering a team environment that embodies the company's core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART). You will lead a team, manage store operations, and drive financial results while developing future leaders within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
  • Recruit and build a team of great talent that work within our culture of HEART.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor and hold the team to this standard.
  • Coach, teach, and develop employees to create success in their roles.
  • Build a bench of promotable talent for succession planning in the store and across the company.
  • Develop future leaders.
  • Lead operational excellence through daily store operations, managing store inventory and fulfillment, and upholding merchandising and store visual standards.
  • Drive for results by effectively leading the team to hit monthly financial targets through the in-store styling experience, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, and payroll management.
  • Maintain sales expectation of $15,000 per month.
  • Lead and set standard for a leadership teamwork strategy by using Divisions of Responsibilities (DORs).

Requirements

  • Fashion credible, up to date on current trends and contemporary fashion brands.

  • Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
