Responsibilities

  • Client delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team, defining the framework and structure of deliverables.
  • Manage work, activities, and timelines for themselves and their team, identifying priorities and workflows.
  • Coach teammates in preparing client deliverables using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project, and Visio.
  • Present complex ideas and decisions to team members and client contacts, including middle and top management.
  • Perform research and business analysis to solve customer challenges and present tailored solutions using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Manage internal teams by promoting teamwork and motivating consultants.
  • Demonstrate credibility with clients, challenging their approaches and providing new directions.
  • Define project frameworks and manage multiple projects, ensuring follow-up on assignments.
  • Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
  • Maintain program sites as repositories for project information.
  • Support practice, thought leadership, and people development activities firmwide.
  • Cultivate knowledge related to specific business challenges and contribute to the development of new solutions.
  • Detect and qualify business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and coordinate business proposals.
  • Identify new solutions and adapt to client needs, engaging in market-facing activities.
  • Supervise and coach team members, establishing goals and evaluating performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of management consulting experience, including 3 years in team management and business development/sales.
  • Knowledge of the full Wealth and/or Asset Management value chain (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office).
  • Experience in complex transformations or technology implementations in Wealth and/or Asset Management.
  • Experience in designing future state operating models in Wealth and/or Asset Management.
  • Specific subject matter expertise regarding transformation and a strong business understanding of Wealth and/or Asset Management products and services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding personal revenue goals through exceptional client delivery.
  • Desire to build an opportunity with an organization that fosters entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and get involved in project execution.
  • Proven track record of originating sales pursuits and closing sales.
  • Ability to drive relationships within C-Suite and other senior executives.
  • Team player with outstanding interpersonal and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field; advanced degrees welcome.
  • Proven track record in selling regulatory solutions to various industries.
  • Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
