About the position

The position involves leading and advising clients on the strategy, selection, planning, implementation, and deployment of back of house restaurant technologies. The role requires facilitating working sessions, contributing to the growth of the Digital & Tech Modernization practice, and mentoring Point B associates. It offers the opportunity to serve in a key leadership role within a well-established consulting firm, focusing on business transformation and technology services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise clients on the strategy, selection, planning, implementation, and deployment of back of house restaurant technologies.
  • Facilitate working sessions and meetings, including requirements gathering and process design.
  • Help grow and shape the Digital & Tech Modernization practice and restaurant technology transformation offering.
  • Drive business development by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new clients.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth by developing and leading other Point B Associates.
  • Guide and mentor Point B associates on client engagements.

Requirements

  • Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution.
  • 2-4 years management consulting experience.
  • 2-4 years of multi-unit back of house restaurant technology experience.
  • Operational experience in multi-unit restaurants or experience working for a restaurant brand is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in restaurant technology transformation advisory and program/delivery leadership.
  • Experience with Enterprise Application Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) and SaaS solutions planning, selection, and implementation.
  • Developed holistic strategies for client Enterprise-wide back of house initiatives.
  • Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams.
