We are looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer student to join our team of Summer 2025 Interns. Our internships are full-time, paid, and will run from May 19th, through August 1st, 2025. This role will work collaboratively, daily with our Engineering groups. The internship assignment is designed to provide the student real-life work experience and training in the day-to-day activities in a manufacturing facility. Our internships are part of our recruiting strategy to attract and retain highly qualified talent.

Responsibilities

  • Work on assigned projects with support from your mentor/supervisor/team member.
  • Hands-on with wiring, soldering, and implementation of custom test equipment and fixturing.
  • Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating lab equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by reviewing electrical specifications and requirements documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with specifications and customer requirements through validation/testing activities.
  • Gathering data and performing analysis for test validation using database systems (SQL) and statistical analysis tools.
  • Preparing specifications for purchase of electrical equipment and materials.
  • Documentation for existing test systems including creation of schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Driving unique Continuous Improvement projects to completion.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, Applied Physics, or related field.
  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA
