Manufacturing Engineer

About the position

Immediate need for Manufacturing Engineer to provide Shipside Support for derivative aircraft program. The preferred candidate will have experience with Boeing aircraft programs and tools. Responsibilities include incorporating non-conformances (NCR) into work orders, using GOLDesp and MESci, and working with structural installation, payloads/interiors, systems installation, electrical installation, and/or propulsion installation. The role requires interpreting engineering drawings/models. Work may be on 1st or 2nd shift, may include mandatory overtime, and may include weekend work. Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Shipside Support for derivative aircraft program
• Incorporate non-conformances (NCR) into work orders
• Use GOLDesp and MESci
• Work with structural installation, payloads/interiors, systems installation, electrical installation, and/or propulsion installation
• Interpret engineering drawings/models

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with a degree or 8 years without
• ABET accredited Technical degree (i.e. Engineering, Engineering Technology) preferred or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• Experience with Boeing aircraft programs and tools
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office tools

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using GOLDesp and MESci
