Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for equipment troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance in the Flex STERILE Center, ensuring timely execution of customer requests.
  • Manage vendor relationships for calibration and maintenance, including quoting, issuing POs, reviewing JSAs, ensuring qualifications, scheduling work, and reviewing completed documentation.
  • Oversee the Flex STERILE Center's Environmental Monitoring System, addressing alarms as required at all hours.
  • Operate and monitor the USP water system, reviewing vendor reports, scheduling maintenance, and coordinating repairs.
  • Support GMP documentation and process management for building systems and equipment, including work order completion, calibration, and qualification efforts.
  • Liaise with various service providers (HVAC, janitorial, pest control) and assist in project coordination, including shutdown notifications, facility inspections, and emergency responses, while ensuring occupant satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance role supporting manufacturing equipment.
  • Expertise in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Equipment Asset Management Systems (EAMS), including SAP and Pro-cal.
  • Skilled in technical writing for investigations, equipment protocols, and system documentation.
