As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will evaluate current manufacturing processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency and quality. You will develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, research, design, and implement manufacturing methods and equipment that meet production cost targets and maintain quality. Additionally, you will recommend and select new equipment and tools, provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material cost estimates for ROI analysis, and improve production processes by editing machining orders, optimizing fixtures, and correcting CNC programming at the machine. You will also direct and oversee cost reduction and process improvement projects, evaluate, set up, and train the team on new equipment.
