Responsibilities
- Assess process capabilities and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
- Innovate and implement process improvements on products.
- Apply technical knowledge to design and develop processes, procedures, tooling, and automation.
- Conduct and lead efforts in optimizing line balancing and performing time studies to drive improvements in operational efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
- Proficiency in engineering software, preferably CAD or SolidWorks.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
