About the position

Responsibilities

  • Assess process capabilities and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
  • Innovate and implement process improvements on products.
  • Apply technical knowledge to design and develop processes, procedures, tooling, and automation.
  • Conduct and lead efforts in optimizing line balancing and performing time studies to drive improvements in operational efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in engineering software, preferably CAD or SolidWorks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and operations.
