About the position

The Manufacturing Team Member at ClarkDietrich is responsible for safely setting up and operating metal forming equipment while adhering to established processes and procedures. This role emphasizes a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate stamping presses and metal forming equipment.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Inspect all work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean work area and keep all tools and equipment in good condition.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and cranes.
• Meet machine runtime goals and production expectations.
• Maintain all production paperwork as required.
• Work independently or in a team environment.
• Train others as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined
• Problem solver
• Team oriented
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred, military equivalent recognized in lieu of education and/or experience.
