About The Position

Manufacturing Technician 3 will be responsible for pen fill, packaging, inventory and quality tracking in our Corvallis, Oregon facility. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. The Technician III will work closely with engineers and quality control to maintain and improve manufacturing processes. The shift is M-H 6am-4:30pm.

Requirements

• Communicate with subject matter experts and convert knowledge received to HP Inc or audience specific deliverables.
• Attention to detail as a primary strength.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for effective communication.
• Proven work quality to deliver accurate, thorough, and on time results consistently.
• Ability to work well with remote individuals.
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Successful Line Start-Up and Process Stabilization. Work closely with the engineering team to complete the first qualification builds. Ensure that all processes are stabilized and meet quality standards before full-scale production begins.
• Managing Specific Production Tasks. Oversee and manage these specific tasks to ensure they are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Inventory Tracking and Management. Implement and maintain an accurate inventory tracking system for all materials and products. Ensure that inventory levels are monitored regularly and that discrepancies are addressed promptly.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective collaboration and communication within the lab team and with other departments, including engineering, production, and quality control. Ensure that information is shared transparently and that everyone is aligned with the lab's goals and priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.
